Adam Lumb FCIM has been leading cultural organisations in the UK for more than 20 years, repeatedly transforming arts businesses in order to achieve growth in both income and audiences through a unique approach to combining brand strategy, intellectual property management and business planning. He now works as a consultant to creative brands and as a creator in his own right.

His work as a practising artist crosses multiple disciplines including, screenwriting, graphic novels and painting.

He has worked for the National Portrait Gallery, BBC, Museums Sheffield, West Yorkshire Playhouse and the Royal Armouries. He has trained arts professionals in marketing across the sector through his introduction to marketing courses.

Adam is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He holds a degree in the History of Art, Design and Film with Arts and Media Management and qualifications from both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Chartered Institute of PR in advanced external communications strategy, internal communications and marketing.
